Dumbbell Devil's Press
A high-intensity full-body movement that builds explosive power, endurance, and coordination.
Enhance endurance and explosive power.
Setup: Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand.
Execution:
- Lower into a burpee, bringing the dumbbells to the ground.
- Explode up, swinging the dumbbells overhead in one motion.
- Maintain control as you lower the weights back to the ground.
- Perform 10-12 reps per set.
